"The Valley City Student Safe Driving Council, composed of representatives of the three local high schols (Valley, St. Kates, College) met to outline its program for the coming year. As the name suggests, the Council is concerned in the area of safe driving and at its meeting adopted a program to increase the number of safe drivers; to cut down on noon and after school driving and to cooperate with city officials in maintaining safe driving standards. Two of the schools represented on the Council, St. Catherine's, and College High, won Traveling Trophies in the past.

All the faces are so familiar. Probably met most of you at the Canteen. It was all such great fun. See you at the reunion.
