Lincoln School, way back when, was razed a few years ago, according to a note from Jerry Busche, VH61, who submitted this postcard photo. Today, the area's Open Door services is headquartered on this site. Please share your memories in the comments section of this post. For a larger image, click on the photo.

My sister, Emy, and I came to "town school" from the one-room King School on Kathyrn Road when I was in fifth grade. We attended Lincoln School. There were about 10 kids enrolled in grades 1-8 at King School. Imagine the surprise when we went into our classrooms of 20+ in just our grade at Lincoln School!!
